A Master of Ceremony ensures your day is organized 

 

Producing wedding schedule, ensuring the coordination with all suppliers & announcing/introducing the Bride & Groom, dinner, cake, first dance and more.

 

  • Liaise with clients at the venue prior to the event & produce a schedule 

  • Liaise with the suppliers and make sure everything will go to plan 

  • Ensure everything is checked & in place before arrival of guests

  • Ensuring the guests arrival before walking the bride & groom to the hall

  • Introducing Bride & Groom

  • Assist photographers with gathering people. 

  • Assist caterer with calling guests to the dinner tables

  • Organize/announce speeches, guest's speakers, making sure guests are calm 

  • Announce and assist with cake cutting.

  • Announce the first dance and making sure it runs smoothly 

  • Encourage people to dance & coordinate with the DJ

  • Making sure your guests are comfortable and enjoying the day
